Through the manipulation of low-frequency oscillations, this work is designed to simulate the movement of the wind, emphasising the similarities between sound and wind - we can only hear sound through the vibration of air. This recreates the wind (outside) in the exhibition space (inside).
The installation is activated by the presence of a weather vane, which synchronously chases and complements the wind recreated by the sound composition. The wind chime emerges as the element that makes this experience not only auditory, but also visually perceptible.
